Having not gotten covid yet feels like I've been hiding in the back of a 2+ year long middle school dodgeball game and the front lines have been THINNED
Well, we have a sick person in the house but we all tested negative for COVID.
School is cancelled this week because so many students and staff are sick. (Because our evil Attorney General threatened to sue school districts that were requiring students to mask.)
Probably virtual school next week.
Iโm reading a well written book but itโs just so sad. Bad timing! (The Paper Palace by Miranda Cowley Hellerโฆ I should have known, arenโt Reese Book Club picks always kinda depressing?)
Help me outโฆ I need something fun and light-hearted to read next!
PS - Iโm seriously considering rewatching Encanto because it was so fun. The songs will get stuck in your head (in the best way). Also accepting arepa recipes!
